Bluehost aka Hostmonster has plenty of negative feedbacks from customers. I have never used them, (maybe because of fear of getting oversold or forgotten) but I would not recommend you to deal with the host which has stained reputation.

I used to be with Hostgator and had no problems. I especially liked paying monthly.

Unfortunately one of my sites was forex related, and apparently they don’t allow anything to do with forex (or gambling) even though it was an article site. So I had to move to Bluehost.
